Why are some products sold out or discontinued?

Reson® products are in demand, which is great, but that means sometimes products sell out. We’re working hard to keep everything in stock! If you click “Email me when available” and enter your email address, we’ll notify you when that product is back in stock. Other times products get discontinued, usually because we’ve reformulated or innovated to offer a new product. If what you usually buy is discontinued, you can search for products with similar ingredients and benefits by visiting our Vitamins & Supplements page.

Why is the bottle bigger than what’s inside?

We often use the same size container for many of our products, as it helps with spacing on store shelves and lets you more easily find the product you’re looking for. This might mean that some bottles have more room inside. However, all our bottles are recyclable!

Why are some labels hard to read?

We want our customers to know what’s inside every bottle, such as the ingredients and benefits from taking the product. This might result in a lot of information to digest. Why do some products suddenly look different? Did the formula change?

Reson® is in demand! To keep up, we partnered with a trusted supplier located in the HK and UAE. that meets our high-quality standards. There may be some noticeable differences in the appearance or size of the product as well as the bottle or cap used for several of our Reson® products, however, the same trusted quality and care goes into every bottle. Periodically, a product will get reformulated. Please check the label of your product for the listed ingredients, including the presence of any allergens (they’ll be clearly marked).

How should I store my vitamins?

We recommend storing your Reson® products in a cool, dry place. Room temperature is fine, with an ideal range between 55 to 75 degrees Fahrenheit. None of our products require refrigeration.

What is the size of your vitamins?

Our products come in many different forms, from gummies and chewables to capsules, tablets and softgels. Therefore, the sizing of the supplement will vary depending on the vitamin, supplement or mineral. You can check the product page here on our website for specific sizing.

How can I tell if it’s allergy free, gluten free, dairy free, vegan or vegetarian?

We know that some consumers have specific needs when it comes to dietary supplements. That’s why all Reson® products are clearly labeled with ingredients including the presence of any allergens (like milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybean, or sesame). Many of our products are dairy and gluten free, and many also use gelatin, which is sourced from animal products. If you’re interested in Vegan or Vegetarian supplements, you can search on our website using those terms to view a current list of products. When looking at a product, please check the back of the label for the check marks indicating the attributes of the product as well as the listed ingredients, as formulas may change from time-to-time.

If I have trouble swallowing, is it ok to crush tablets or puncture softgels to take the liquid inside?

First, we recommend following the suggested use as stated on the label of your product. Second, if you have trouble swallowing pills, many of our products come in tasty gummies or chewable tablets where this won’t be an issue.
